30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition with all seals intact.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at hello@marque.com with your order number.

2. Receive a prepaid return label via email.

3. Package the item securely in its original packaging.

4. Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different fragrance, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
